2025 Midland Rotary Auction Now Closed

A HUGE thank you to all donors, bidders and sponsors.

Your generosity has contributed to another very successful Midland Rotary Auction!
The charitable works of the Rotary Club of Midland will benefit greatly.

Please log in to your account if you think you were the highest bidder on an item but did not receive an email. Those with Rogers/Yahoo/Hotmail/Outlook email accounts were likely not receiving our emails... Any winning bids will be listed in the Members Area under Buying -> Purchases where you must proceed with paying online by credit card via PayPal (PayPal account not required).

If there are items on the Purchases page of your Members Area but you did not receive a notification email, please follow these instructions to pay for your items:

1. Click on the "Make Payment" button for the item in the list.
2. From the Purchase Details page, click the "Make Payment" button to the right of the PayPal logo.
3. You are taken to PayPal where you can either login if you have an account, or click "Pay with a credit or Visa Debit card" to use a credit card.
4. Enter your details and click Pay Now.
5. You'll be shown that you've paid. You don't need to print this screen. Click the "Return to Merchant" button.
6. You should be brought back to your list of Purchases. The dollar sign icon for the item should now be coloured green signifying that you've paid. If it's not, refresh the page.
7. Click the little printer icon (to the left of the Invoice #). This opens your invoice/receipt in a new window.
8. Scroll down and click the "Print" button to print the page.
9. Bring this receipt when you pick up your merchandise to confirm that you have paid for your item.

Winning bidders should pick up their merchandise at the “Rotary Auction Pickup Point” at the King Street entrance of CLH Developmental Support Services (283 King Street, Midland).
The “Rotary Auction Pickup Point” will be open for pickups at the following times:

1. Friday February 28th 10am to 5pm
2. Saturday March 1st 10am to 1pm
3. Monday March 3rd 10am to 5pm

Any successful bidders who have not picked up their item by 5pm on Monday, March 3rd may lose their opportunity to receive their item.
You must bring a printed paid invoice/receipt as proof of purchase.
